The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a blend of sales, building client relationships, and providing tailored solutions that meet customers’ unique needs in an in-person environment. As a Sales Team Member, your responsibilities will include: Our Sales Team Members undergo thorough training to develop expertise in marketing, advertising, sales, customer service, and business management. As a Sales Team Member, you’ll be at the forefront of fostering long-term loyalty to client brands. You’ll address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression, contributing to the growth and success of our clients. Deliver personalized customer interactions, providing detailed product information and highlighting brand features that meet their needs. Drive sales by promoting products, meeting performance goals, and cultivating customer interest. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and event outcomes, offering actionable feedback to improve client campaigns. Work closely with top-performing Sales Representatives and senior management to stay updated on the latest marketing trends and strategies.
Sales Team Member Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service preferred, but not required Ability to prioritize what’s essential and handle situations that might arise in a calm and professional manner Aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking. Strong work ethic and follow-through Ability to upsell and negotiate. Strong presentation and closing skills Able to bring a positive and professional demeanor to the workplace
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$48,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
