Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles, providing knowledgeable recommendations and excellent service Process tire sales transactions accurately and efficiently Perform tire installation and related services as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Support daily store operations and collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Be willing and able to work at more than one of our East Tennessee locations as needed Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in tire sales and customer service in a retail environment Experience with tire installation and service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed is a plus Compensation Hourly wage plus spiffs on tire sales and bonuses for sales of intangibles.
