What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service Share deep product knowledge across our curated mix of cannabis-adjacent, wellness, and lifestyle goods Facilitate smooth and compliant retail transactions Maintain stock levels, manage displays, and uphold a stunning retail environment Prepare hot and cold drinks (coffee, tea, smoothies, specialty beverages) Maintain a clean, organized, and immersive shopping experience Gather customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

1-2+ years experience in retail or hospitality (preferred) Strong communication, customer service, and storytelling skills Familiarity with cannabis, wellness, or specialty retail is a plus Comfort with standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be 21+ with valid ID and pass background checks

Schedule:

Varied shifts available Sunday-Saturday. Evening, weekend, and daytime availability needed.
