Sales Associate GreenTech Homes Chattanooga, TN Job Details Full-time $85,000 – $150,000 a year 5 hours ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Sales Real Estate License 1 year Communication skills Marketing Entry level Full Job Description Community Sales Associate – Level 1 Overview In the world of sales, it’s rare to find an opportunity as meaningful and fulfilling as selling a Greentech community. This isn’t just about selling homes—it’s about selling a lifestyle, a vision, and a movement. As a Community Sales Associate, you become a steward of something far bigger than square footage or floor plans. You are the champion of community, lifestyle, and connection. At Greentech Homes, we don’t just build homes—we craft vibrant, walkable communities designed for people to do life together. Your role is to orchestrate the growth of that community, helping future homeowners catch the vision of what it means to be part of something truly special. You are part promoter, part ambassador, and part trusted advisor—guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their life. It’s a unique blend of purpose-driven work and professional sales discipline. Your responsibility goes far beyond communicating floor plans and features—it’s about helping people understand the opportunity to buy into a lifestyle of connection, intentionality, and belonging. In many ways, your role is to help “fill the seats” of the neighborhood with the right homeowners—people who will embrace the community, contribute to its vibrancy, and thrive together. This is a career that allows you to step into something deeply rewarding, where you not only drive sales but also help shape the culture, energy, and future of an entire neighborhood. Support & Company Culture At Greentech, we’re building more than just neighborhoods—we’re building a movement within our company. This is a place where loyalty, trust, and genuine camaraderie define the culture. We aren’t a revolving door; we hire rarely and intentionally, and the people who join this team tend to stay for years. The bonds we share go beyond work—we travel together, celebrate together, and truly do life together. It’s a culture shaped from the top down, where everyone is invested in one another’s growth, both personally and professionally. Our sales culture reflects that same spirit. This is a highly supportive, collaborative environment—not a cutthroat one. You’re backed by a full marketing team, an Inside Sales Associate driving lead generation, project management, construction, and warranty teams, all working together to support your success. You’re never on an island. This is a team sport, and everything about the way we work—from how we serve our buyers to how we support one another—reflects that belief. Growth & Vision Greentech was born in the heart of Chattanooga’s Southside in 2008, during the city’s downtown renaissance. What began as a humble infill builder—helping shape many of the vibrant neighborhoods that define the downtown landscape today—has grown into one of the largest local home builders in Chattanooga and Hamilton County. At the core of our DNA is a commitment to thoughtful living, which guides everything we do. That commitment centers around three foundational pillars that drive our mission: An Unmatched Customer Experience We take the customer journey seriously. We are proud to be a two-time Guild Quality Customer Service Award winner, maintaining a 90% customer satisfaction rating. Delivering an exceptional experience isn’t just a goal—it’s the standard we uphold with every homebuyer. Building Vibrant Communities We don’t just build homes; we create communities that transcend sticks and bricks. Our neighborhoods are intentionally designed to foster real connection, walkability, front porch living, and a lifestyle centered around meaningful relationships. Crafting High-Quality Homes Our homes are designed to be smart, beautiful, durable, and livable, allowing homeowners to experience life to the fullest. Quality isn’t just about construction—it’s about creating spaces that feel like home for decades to come. From our Southside roots to now serving multiple markets across Hamilton County—with diverse communities at varying price points and lifestyles—Greentech continues to grow. In fact, we are actively launching three new master-planned communities this year alone, and preparing to introduce over 1,200 new home sites next year. Our vision is to become the premier community builder in the Southeast, and we are well on our way. Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary sales consultant for your assigned community, delivering five-star customer service and buyer guidance from first visit to contract. Lead on-site model home tours, presentations, and community walkthroughs, creating excitement around the homes, community amenities, and lifestyle. Network heavily with the REALTOR® community, promoting your community, nurturing agent relationships, and driving co-op sales. Engage in neighborhood outreach and homeowner engagement, hosting community events and cultivating referral opportunities through existing homeowners. Manage the presentation, cleanliness, and energy of the model home and sales center, ensuring it is always guest-ready and reflective of the community’s vibrancy. Conduct prompt and thorough follow-up with all leads, prospects, and agents using Greentech’s CRM and communication systems. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure all signage, flyers, and community promotions are accurate, timely, and effective. Partner with Production to support community maintenance, coordinate walk-throughs, and resolve customer service concerns. Participate in community functions, grand openings, and homeowner events to support customer satisfaction and community growth. Demonstrate ownership of your assigned community’s success—driving traffic, creating momentum, and generating contracts. Maintain a team-focused mindset, contributing to the overall energy, success, and camaraderie of the Greentech sales team. Proficiencies & Competencies Required Strong ability to effectively communicate the lifestyle, value, and benefits of owning a home in a Greentech community. Excellent follow-up and communication skills, with a systemized approach to managing prospects and clients. Highly developed networking abilities, especially within the REALTOR® community. Skilled in neighborhood-based outreach, with the ability to build strong referral pipelines through homeowners and community events. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple buyers simultaneously. Technologically competent, with proficiency in CRM systems, email communication, and social media platforms. Professional demeanor with the physical ability to lift signs, set up marketing materials, and walk undeveloped home sites as needed.
