In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking. Handle cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Upsell products by identifying opportunities to enhance customer purchases. Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Requirements Experience with ballet required, experience dancing en pointe preferred. Ability to use Google products such as chat, Google sheets, and Google Docs. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic understanding of retail math for managing transactions and inventory. Experience with cash handling procedures and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
