From handling transactions to organizing the shelves, you’ll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly. Duties Greet customers and provide personalized assistance Answer questions about inventory, pricing, and music genres Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Restock, organize, and maintain the cleanliness of the store Assist with displays, promotions, and in-store events Handle special orders and customer requests Stay informed about new arrivals and music trends
Requirements:
Passion for music and basic knowledge of vinyl records (a plus, not required) Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to lift boxes of records (up to 30 lbs) and be on your feet for long periods Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
