As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you’ll work alongside a motivated team to connect with potential customers, craft effective sales and marketing strategies, and deliver exceptional solutions that align with client goals, products, and services.

Responsibilities Include:

Building relationships with new clients to drive revenue growth through leadership development and effective sales techniques. Analyzing sales and marketing data to create actionable plans for product growth and development. Identifying fresh business opportunities in existing accounts and untapped markets. Conducting professional presentations in both office and field environments to showcase client products and services. Maintaining detailed records such as sales reports, client interactions, and other relevant documentation. Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills in all interactions. Collaborating with other team members to coordinate and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older. Reliable transportation is required for this in-person role based in Knoxville, TN . High school diploma or equivalent. Strong English communication skills. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in retail or customer service is a bonus but not required.
