Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store—helping customers find what they need, answering questions about products, keeping the store clean and organized, and making sure the checkout process runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable way Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions Restock shelves and help with inventory management Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Check IDs and ensure all alcohol sales comply with Tennessee state laws Stay informed about new products and promotions
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and people skills Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and honest is a must
