The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are clean, well-organized and readily available for customers. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Duties Receive and unpack merchandise, ensuring items are properly labeled and organized on shelves. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Stock shelves and displays with products, maintaining an appealing presentation. Assist customers by providing information about products and answering inquiries. Operate dollies and wheel assists to transport furniture, etc when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the items, stockroom and sales floor. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Ability to clean used items, from furniture to clothing. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience in retail sales or warehouse environments is preferred, but willing to train. Ability to perform heavy lifting and move packages efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate stocking procedures. A proactive attitude towards teamwork and achieving common goals.
