Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet visitors/potential clients and assist them with their countertop and sink needs, provide a friendly and professional first impression of the office/showroom and over the phone. Answering the phones. Calculate square footage and write estimates, email contracts and convert estimates to invoices, accept payments and post them to invoices.

Project Support:

Assist team members (Templaters, Fabricators & Installers) with new and ongoing projects by providing relevant information or logistical support. This is where Spanish comes in. Included but not limited to knowledge of materials such as granite, quartz, quartzite and marble. YouTube has some terrific informative videos. Maintain and create approved posts on our social media accounts. Knowledge of Canva a plus, but not required. Show up for work, on time, and ready to hit the ground running. Skills Background in outside sales which includes cold calling with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele is a huge plus. REQUIRED

Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Computer Microsoft 365 experience. Ability to listen and comprehend is essential.
