Part Time Retail Sales Jasper’s of Lynchburg Lynchburg, TN 37352 Job Overview Sunday Monday Wednesday Thursday We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping needs. Your primary focus will be to ensure a pleasant shopping experience while maintaining the store’s appearance and inventory. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Process transactions accurately through cash handling and point-of-sale systems. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Skills Previous experience in a security or retail environment is preferred. customer service is a must enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism. Ability to supervise and motivate team members effectively. Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell products when appropriate. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members. Basic math skills for transaction accuracy and inventory tracking.
