The principal responsibility of this position is to promptly and courteously serve dealership customers, deliver quality accessory sales presentations, coordinate product installations work closely with the sales department personnel. Individual initiative is required to develop presentation strategies. Develop and deliver accessory sales presentations. Accurately record all accessory and department sales activity. Conduct post accessory installation inspections with customers and sales staff. Educate sales staff about new products while building awareness of existing product lines. Promote accessory sales with dealership sales staff to build product awareness. Coordinate activities with designated accounting personnel. Maintain a professional appearance. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail Sales experience preferred Basic computer and social media skills required Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
