Key Responsibilities:

Construction Support:

Assist in building inground pools under Crew Lead guidance; help plumb pools, build formwork, and install equipment pads.

Site Awareness:

Know where tools, safety gear, and materials are stored; maintain cleanliness and follow yard/construction site protocols.

Tool & Equipment Use:

Keep tools organized and clean; operate equipment like Skid Steers and Mixing Buckets if certified.

Concrete & Liner Work:

Form and pour concrete features (e.g., steps, benches); assist with liner installation and troweling pool bottoms (bonus eligible).

Problem Solving:

Learn to troubleshoot issues with liners, plumbing, and pool automation systems.

Safety & Reporting:

Use proper safety gear; report any site issues to supervisors and complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Policy Adherence:

Follow all company protocols including Paycor, Fleetio, and Divvy systems for timekeeping and vehicle use.

Qualifications:

Experience in construction, landscaping, or related field preferred Ability to lift 70+ lbs, work outdoors, and stand for extended periods Strong work ethic, teamwork, and eagerness to learn Must be dependable and demonstrate initiative on job sites Driver’s license not required for this role but needed for advancement

Career Progression & Bonus Potential:

Eligibility for bonuses (e.g., $150 per bottom trowel task) Skill-based progression levels (1-5) with performance-based raises Must score ≥75% on evaluations to qualify for pay increases Clear path toward Crew Lead and equipment certifications
