In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will assist in driving sales, managing inventory, helping customers, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This exciting brand in Wireless is expanding into middle Tennessee and we are looking for sales associates to help us in our first store and expand with us into more stores, offering exciting opportunities for growth and responsibility.

Communicate effectively to understand customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Process transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register. Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented store environment. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to enhance customer engagement. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Experience in Mobile/Wireless phone sales is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus. Ability to maintain a high attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone. Willingness to learn about products and services offered in-store. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
