In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them in selecting the right products for their needs. You will play a key role in maintaining the store’s appearance, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding vape products and accessories. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory levels. Assist in supervising store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively to process sales transactions and manage customer accounts. Address customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when answering calls. Promote new products and sales initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Requirements Previous experience in vape shop environment is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience operating cash registers and POS systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for vaping products is a plus, along with a willingness to learn about new trends in the industry.
