As a Ride Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they experience our thrilling rides. You will be responsible for monitoring ride operations, assisting guests, and maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Ensure the safety of all guests by following ride operational procedures and safety protocols. Assist guests in boarding and disembarking from rides, providing clear instructions and support. Monitor ride operations to ensure compliance with safety standards. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the ride area. Collaborate with team members to create an enjoyable environment for all visitors. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred. Experience working with children is a plus, especially in a resort or hospitality setting. Strong conflict management skills to effectively resolve guest issues. Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Pay starts at $16.00/hour
