At The Hawk, our scenic chairlift provides guests with panoramic vistas of the Smoky Mountains. Complementing this is our charming General Store, stocked with local crafts, snacks, and souvenirs and more. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly and dependable individual to join our team as a Scenic Lift & General Store Attendant. This dual-role position ensures guests have a safe and enjoyable experience on our chairlift and provides exceptional service within our General Store.

Key Responsibilities Scenic Lift Operations:

Assist guests in safely boarding and disembarking the chairlift Monitor lift operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed Conduct routine inspections and report any irregularities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lift area Provide guests with information about the lift and surrounding attractions

General Store Duties:

Greet and assist customers, offering product recommendations Operate the cash register, handling transactions accurately Restock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are tidy Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping and dusting Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Join Our Team!
