As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs in our store. You will be responsible for maintaining the sales floor, maintaining a sales goal, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain stock levels on shelves and assist with inventory management. Conduct product demos to promote new items and encourage sales. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain stock levels efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and promotions.
