Job Summary As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional car-leasing experience. From greeting customers to closing deals, you’ll guide customers through every step of the process with confidence and care. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Set and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM software Promote inventory and deals on social media Explain vehicle features, leasing options, and financing terms Accurately complete contracts and paperwork Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales lot Support dealership operations and team success Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Familiar with social media platforms Basic math skills for explaining financing Self-motivated and organized Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Valid driver’s license required Must pass background check and drug screening Software Experience (Preferred) Microsoft Outlook & Excel DealPack, BookItOut, CyclCRM Route One, Credit Acceptance, 700 Credit DocuSign, Secure E Tag, PassTime Oasis Physical Requirements Frequent walking, driving, and light lifting (up to 20 lbs) Mix of indoor office and outdoor lot work Ability to operate various vehicles Why Join Us?
