As a Store Lead, you’re the right hand to the Café Manager and a steady presence for your team. You help drive the flow of the day, keeping service smooth, the café well-organized, and communication strong across the board. Whether you’re leading a shift, mentoring new team members, or solving on-the-spot challenges, you’re essential to the success of the shop. Your Role at a Glance Act as a key point of contact between the Café Manager and team—sharing updates, relaying information, and making sure everyone’s on the same page. Take ownership of the café’s daily presentation—keeping the space clean, stocked, and inviting from open to close. Oversee and participate in regular cleaning routines to keep the café safe, tidy, and running efficiently. Jump into any role as needed—whether preparing drinks, supporting the front counter, or managing back-of-house tasks. Lead the floor during your shift: keep labor on track, monitor pace and quality of service, and ensure team members get proper breaks. Step in with confidence to handle customer concerns, always following our service standards and keeping hospitality top of mind. Maintain a sharp focus on food safety, cleanliness, and store organization—setting the tone for the rest of the team. Support onboarding and training for new team members, using our tools and checklists to help them feel prepared and welcomed.
Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 pounds Previous Customer Service experience Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
