Sunglass Specialist Dillard’s Oak Court Mall 4433 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38117 Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with their needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales aptitude and have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. This position is essential in creating a positive shopping experience and driving sales within our retail environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions. Utilize effective sales techniques to promote merchandise and achieve sales goals. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. Proven sales experience, particularly in retail settings. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers. Familiarity with retail math concepts to analyze sales data effectively. Proficiency in operating POS systems for processing transactions. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. Ability to sell products confidently while understanding customer needs.
