We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting sales operations, and maintaining internal systems that keep our business running efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound customer sales inquiries Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service Support outside sales with order placement, quotes, and follow-up Prepare and maintain sales reports and assist with inventory coordination through Agility Monitor product availability and notify supervisors of low stock Process accounts receivable and vendor orders as needed Stay informed on industry trends to help identify new sales opportunities Maintain organized internal filing systems and accurate customer records

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative, or clerical roles Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with inventory or CRM systems (Agility preferred)
