Position Overview As a Retail Associate at Three Sisters Candle Co., you’ll help us bring warmth and style to every customer’s experience. From suggesting the perfect outfit to sharing the story behind our handcrafted candles, you’ll play a vital role in building meaningful connections and keeping our shop running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming attitude Assist with outfit styling and offer honest, thoughtful fashion advice Educate customers about our handmade candles, ingredients, and scents Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases and returns Restock inventory, steam clothing, and keep the shop clean and organized Support visual merchandising and seasonal displays Maintain inviting fitting rooms and display areas Assist with in-store events, product launches, and local collaborations Contribute to a fun, positive, and team-oriented boutique culture Package and ship online orders Qualifications Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident when interacting with customers Passion for women’s fashion, handmade goods, and small business values Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends Ability to lift boxes, move displays, and be on your feet during shifts Perks Employee discount on clothing and candles Creative and inclusive team environment Opportunities to grow with a locally loved brand The chance to be part of a business that values heart, craft, and communit
