Entry-Level Sales Representative Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our sales team as an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales, build customer relationship skills, and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by providing product information and answering inquiries
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
• Record customer interactions and update CRM databases accurately
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching
• Stay up to date on company products, services, and sales promotions
• Work trade shows and events

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong motivation to meet sales goals and develop professionally
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems a plus
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a bonus but not required
