Your Role:

Be the Energy Behind the Brand As a Sales Associate , you are often the first impression of the Rumble experience. From greeting guests and leading studio tours to driving sales and building relationships, you’ll be the face and the force behind a welcoming and motivating environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth Own the sales process—from initial contact to membership sign-up Deliver compelling studio tours that highlight Rumble’s unique energy Drive membership growth through calls, follow-ups, referrals, and walk-ins Promote memberships, classes, and retail with confidence and enthusiasm Set and meet appointment and sales goals with consistency Customer Experience & Member Retention Offer exceptional service to every member and guest Build genuine relationships that keep members coming back Foster an inclusive, welcoming, and high-energy studio vibe Community Engagement & Brand Representation Represent Rumble at local events, community pop-ups, and outreach opportunities Build partnerships with nearby businesses and wellness professionals Support studio marketing efforts, including social media initiatives Studio Operations & Team Collaboration Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized studio environment Assist with daily tasks such as equipment upkeep and retail organization Participate in team meetings, trainings, and studio events Stay informed and educated on Rumble’s services, brand, and goals What We’re Looking For A high-energy, self-motivated go-getter who thrives on hitting goals A natural people person with great communication and relationship-building skills Passionate about fitness and the power of community Reliable with a flexible schedule (minimum 4 shifts per week required) Comfortable assisting with studio tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs Previous fitness or sales experience is a plus—but we value attitude over résumé Why Join Rumble Franklin?
