The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and ability to work with a team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guest. This position will be starting at 3pm – 8pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and transaction processing. Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for all customers. Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques.
