As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and retail sales will help create a welcoming and informative environment for all patrons. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information about various products, including strains, effects, and methods of consumption. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are organized and visually appealing. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options. Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members; bilingual skills are a plus.
