Perks & Pay:

Initial training base pay of $13 per hour

• plus bonus and commissions each pay period

Employee Membership Qualified Candidate Criteria:

Previous sales experience

• one year minimum Previous experience working in a spa or service industry
• preferred
  Previous experience with Meevo
• preferred
  Strong work ethic
  Professional appearance and attitude
  Understands healthcare privacy and decorum
  Proactive and takes initiative in their sales role
  Critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills
  Great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests and members
  Can engage in conversation with everyone they meet
  Feel confident in their ability to sell memberships and services to our clientele
  Goal oriented and strive to meet personal sales goals
  Can stand most of the day and are comfortable being busy

Day-to-Day:

Provide outstanding customer service, building client rapport, and help everyone feel valued and understood
Promotes, and stands behind, the value of “Total Body Care” by educating clients on new and expanded services
Selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program to every guest
Booking clients for future services and discussing additional enhancements and add-on services available based on guest need
Encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations and guest need
Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
Always ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility
