All Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting.

Must exceed all “B” Mechanical Qualification. Must attend IPM10-Minute Meetings as assigned. Write Work Orders on Issuesdiscussed in IPM 10 Minute Meetings Follow and adhere to Lock – Out/ Tag – Out procedures at all times. Respond to radio calls in atimely manner Assist at all times with keeping the plant running assmooth as possible while working on maintenance projects andperforming PM task. Recognizes waste and recommends initiatives forelimination or reduction. Clean all maintenance work areas at theend of the shift. Preventive Maintenance on equipment scheduledthrough PMC Writing special or new Part Request. Repair ofequipment scheduled through PMC. Familiarization with searchingparts in the PMC system Must be able to write and make statuschanges to Work Orders in PMC. Must know how to issue parts out ofinventory. Must ensure the parts used are issued to the equipmentin which they were used. Must ensure safe work practices. Writework orders as needed Working knowledge of power tools Maintainproper documentation of plant equipment Adheres to GMP (GoodManufacturing Practices) standards as well as HACCP compliance andother food safety and workplace safety initiatives. Followsattendance policy. Observes department call-in procedures. Exhibitstimely arrival and departure and dependable time habits includingmeal and other breaks. Maintains a positive attitude and gets alongwell with coworkers. Exhibits teamwork and willingness to helpothers. Follows dress code and maintains a professional appearance.

Can be relied upon to complete assigned tasks. Complies withestablished Departmental and Organizational policies andprocedures. Works within a team environment to meet/exceedestablished production standards. Requirements High School diplomaor equivalent required. Ability to read and interpret documentssuch as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, andprocedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports andcorrespondence. Ability to communicate effectively with employeesand managers. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in allunits of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions anddecimals. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with avariety of concrete variables in situations where only limitedstandardization exists. Able to interpret a variety of instructionsfurnished in writing, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
