We’re looking for a part-time Budtender to join our small but mighty team—someone who’s flexible, people-centered, and excited to help others discover cannabis in a thoughtful, approachable way.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome every customer like they’re your neighbor (because in Groton, they might be). Ask questions, listen closely, and help folks find the right products for their needs—no gatekeeping, no jargon overload. Handle transactions smoothly and compliantly using our POS system. Stay current on product knowledge and the ever-evolving world of cannabis. Keep the shop clean, organized, and aligned with our chill, professional vibe. Pitch in where needed, whether that’s restocking, tidying displays, or helping teammates.

What We’re Looking For:

A flexible schedule that includes weekends. A genuine interest in cannabis and wellness (personal experience is great, but not required). Comfort engaging with customers of all backgrounds, especially those new to cannabis. Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred. Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and curious—we can teach you the rest.
