Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product recommendations and educate customers on different strains and products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual)
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and transactions
• Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
• Familiarity with technology sales and phone etiquette is beneficial Please note that this position involves working with marijuana products.
