As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our wide range of cannabis products. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about various cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and uses of different items. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management. Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and services. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulations to effectively educate customers. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or service industry. Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills. Ability to describe products effectively to engage customers. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register. A passion for cannabis culture and a desire to educate others about its benefits. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
