Retail Store Manager Responsibilities Retail Store Operations:

Open and close the store in coordination with Retail Store Manager Staff the retail store independently one or more days per week, including some weekends and holidays Ensure the store is clean, presentable, safe, and welcoming to customers, including cleaning and tidying the interior and exterior of the store each day

Customer Service:

Ensure the best possible experience for all customers interacting with the retail store To the greatest extent possible, make it easy and enjoyable for customers to interact with and buy our products Assist customers interacting with the Andrew Pearce Bowls website, and respond to inquiries by phone, email, and voicemail Resolve customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner at the direction of the

Retail Store Manager Retail Transactions:

Conduct sales, exchanges and refund transactions in person and over the phone Monitor online retail orders and prepare orders for shipping in close collaboration with Retail Store Manager and Shipping Department Inventory and supply: Ensure store has appropriate inventory of retail products, contribute to inventory monitoring and planning Contribute to maintenance of the inventory and supply room
