As Studio Coordinator, you’ll be the key leader on the ground—overseeing daily operations, driving membership growth, and creating an environment where members feel inspired and supported. Your Role at a Glance Sales & Membership Growth Make 50+ outbound calls daily to engage leads, book Intro Classes, and convert interest into action. Lead prospective members through energetic studio tours and compelling sales conversations. Achieve and surpass monthly membership goals through relationship-based selling. Manage a clean CRM pipeline with prompt, enthusiastic follow-ups. Act as a trusted advisor, helping members discover how Pilates can transform their health and lives. Studio Operations & Leadership Open and close the studio as a keyholder, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Supervise front desk activities, maintaining a polished and professional client experience. Collaborate with the Area Manager on local marketing events, campaigns, and partnerships. Process payments, manage retail sales, and keep financial records accurate and up-to-date. Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, and fully stocked—ready to impress. Member Retention & Community Building Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that keeps members coming back. Build genuine relationships with members—celebrating milestones and supporting their goals. Gather member feedback and share insights to continually enhance the studio experience. Lead by example, embodying Club Pilates’ core values of empowerment, movement, and connection. What You Bring to Club Pilates Prattville 1+ years of sales experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or membership-based businesses. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Natural ability to connect with and build rapport across a diverse community. Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their best. Comfort with CRM tools, outbound calls, and digital communication. Keyholder or leadership experience is a plus.
