As a Beauty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily counter operations, driving sales, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Responsibilities Lead a team of beauty consultants to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Oversee counter operations including inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement. Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Manage scheduling and shift assignments to optimize team performance and coverage. Maintain an organized cash register system and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional development. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to inform business decisions. Skills Proven experience in cosmetic sales or related retail environments is preferred.
