As a Local Market Supervisor, you’ll oversee the vibrant Local Market, ensuring that our coffee shop operates smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a dynamic team of Coffee Shop Attendants, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service while preparing barista-inspired drinks and delicious on-the-go breakfast and lunch items. Your leadership will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor Coffee Shop Attendants, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging a strong team dynamic.

Operational Oversight:

Ensure the coffee shop operates efficiently, overseeing daily activities, including beverage preparation, food service, and guest interactions.

Customer Experience:

Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Quality Control:

Monitor the quality of food and beverages served, maintaining our high standards for taste, presentation, and safety.

Staff Training:

Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members on coffee preparation, customer service techniques, and health and safety procedures.

Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory levels, placing orders as necessary, and ensuring the proper storage and rotation of supplies.

Financial Accountability:

Assist with cash handling, daily revenue reports, and maintaining financial accuracy in all transactions.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.

Reporting:

Regularly report to the Local Market Manager on operational performance, team progress, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
