Duties Supervise daily operations at the counter, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service. Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization of products. Utilize cash register systems accurately for transactions and maintain financial records. Engage with customers to provide personalized beauty consultations and makeup application services. Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Oversee social media management to promote products and engage with the community effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects the brand’s image. Experience Previous experience in beauty cosmetics sales or retail management is preferred. Proficiency in cash register operations and basic financial transactions. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and appointments professionally. Skills in social media management to enhance brand visibility online. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
