Retail Store Manager 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars 2601 South McKenzie Street, Foley, AL 36535 Fun dog shop in the Tanger Outlets shopping center in Foley is looking for a skilled and dependable store manager to join our team and lead the store to great success.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
• Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage schedules and shift assignments to ensure adequate staffing levels.

Important:

the manager will cover shifts if replacements can not be found for call-outs.

• Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
• Communicate goals and expectations the staff and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and initiatives.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in training and development of employees.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
• Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management.
