Store Manager Sweet Cone Alabama 26651 Perdido Beach Boulevard, Orange Beach, AL 36561 Job Summary We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our ice cream shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining efficient store operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of inventory, exceptional customer service skills, working in an extremely high-volume establishment. This is a very demanding position physically and mentally as this is an extremely busy ice cream shop. Duties Lead and motivate a team of employees to maintain high standards of customer service. Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is maintained and organized effectively. Bank deposits and change orders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment. Overall cleanliness and presentation on a day-to-day basis. Utilize POS systems for transactions. Conduct regular assessments of store performance and implement improvements as needed. Train new staff members on store policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and engage with customers effectively. Knowledge of inventory practices to ensure optimal stock levels. Proficient in using POS systems for sales transactions and reporting purposes. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results. We are looking to hire an individual immediately. This individual must have a reliable vehicle to perform some job tasks as a manager.
