Salary:
$55,000-$70,000 + Mileage + Incentives Purple Onion Restaurants is seeking a hands-on Area Store Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight across all of our store locations. This role is key to our continued success and growth as we strengthen our team and reopen our Rainbow City location.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit each store multiple times weekly to support day-to-day operations Provide coaching and supervision to store leads and team members Help reopen and stabilize our Rainbow City location Promote a positive workplace culture and consistent service Serve as a liaison between ownership and store staff Support hiring, training, and staff development Monitor quality, compliance, and team morale
Qualifications:
3+ years of multi-unit or restaurant management experience Strong communication and leadership skills Must have own reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
