Adjust staffing, materials, and inventories as needed. Maintain the facilities of the detail shop to produce high-quality service. Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees, and quick response to all customer inquiries and/or complaints establishing conclusions promptly. Perform opening and closing duties daily. Safe driving on dealership premises. Detailing used inventory, prepping cars for the lot, and cleaning cars up for delivery. This is a working management position. Inspection of each vehicle processed through detail and maintaining proper documentation. Other tasks as assigned by Teph Seal management.

The ideal candidate will have:

A MINIMUM

of 1 or more years of management/leadership. (Preferred, but will train the right candidate. Must possess automotive detailing experience if the candidate has relative management experience.)

A MINIMUM

of 1 or more years of automotive detailing experience. (Preferred, but will train the right candidate. Must possess strong management or leadership experience if the candidate has relative automotive detailing experience.) The ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record. The ability to demonstrate good judgment. Neat and professional appearance. Teph Seal is a Drug-Free Workplace. Do not fail for 420 – however, it is unacceptable to do before, during breaks, or on work time and premises.
