We are currently looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager and Part Time Team Leader for our Riverchase Galleria, Birmingham AL location.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

• Minimum 2 years of visual merchandise experience
• Post-secondary education in fashion arts or fashion related field.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to different locations regularly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Proven track record of having fun with a motivated and dedicated team A “Make it Happen” attitude

Responsibilities:

Train in-Store-Merchandisers and store employees in visual presentation standards. Successfully complete all related training programs and identify any additional training that maybe required. Maintain solid understanding of fashion colors trends and designs. Ensure visual direction meets Company standards. Implement visual presentation strategies that support business growth Analyze merchandise results and create plans to maximize sales. Support the effective execution of new store openings and all new store visual rollout initiatives, newsletters, directives etc.
