Key Holder/Team Leader Bidding Kings Discount Store 2510 Pepperell Parkway, Opelika, AL 36801

Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and supervise retail staff to deliver excellent service and achieve sales goals
• Assist in employee orientation, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet budget targets
• Coordinate and execute promotional events and sales initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Liquidation is unique in how the inventory comes in, so creativity is helpful in how to merchandise and get all the merchandise out.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a leader or similar role in a retail setting
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of retail associates
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and sales techniques
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
