• Retail Express Employment Professionals in Athens, AL is currently hiring a Store Manager for a company located in Athens, AL.

Position is full-time and has potential for long-term employment.

Skills/Experience Required:

Supervise daily operations of the store

• Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales clerks
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Utilize POS systems effectively
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers and suppliers
• Implement effective time management strategies to meet deadlines
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting
• Sitting, standing, bending, squatting.

Must be able to lift 10lbs Strong background in sales and customer service, Proficient in cash handling procedures, Experience with POS systems, Excellent phone etiquette skills, Effective time management abilities, Demonstrated team management skills.
