Team Lead Job Summary:

Shift:
4:15 pm to 1:30 am Assist Supervisors with project set-up oversight and completion. Train inspectors on the job to meet position and job requirements. Respond to new job requests per customer’s delivery requirements Allocate project resources according to job requirements and inspector capabilities Launch oversee and close-out projects in compliance with established procedures Certify project team members utilizing project documentation Perform layered audits People Parts Process Paperwork Protection Parts inspection or rework Monitor inspection personnel for effective training and work practices as well as adherence to work instructions Monitor active projects for the arrival of certified material and communicate certified material receipt in a timely manner. Complete turnover log with all pertinent project activity Maintain control of tools used on projects and request tool replacement as needed Report inspector performance and disciplinary issues to Supervisor Communicate throughout shift project activity and needs to management Able to use powered and non-powered hand tools Drive customer service through regular customer interaction and escalating opportunities for improvement in a timely manner. Create read comprehend and apply written work instruction Ability to use gages calipers micrometers scales etc. Obtain and submit client billing information in a timely manner as needed Ensure work areas are clean and organized
Team Lead Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required Work Environment Ability to stand walk stoop kneel crouch and manipulate weights of 10 to 50 pounds for extended periods of time.
