Position Summary:
Administratively coordinates and manages hospitalactivities on a per shift basis under the direction of CNO or AOC.Responsible for staffing patient care areas, coordinating patientadmissions, managing flow of patients throughout the hospital andgeneral supervision of hospital. Maintains own professional growthand development in nursing leadership and required licensure.
Communicates important information to the CNO and otherAdministrative Team members as needed.
