We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels
• Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
• Handle financial transactions and maintain cash registers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in Foodservice, Hospitality, retail management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proficiency in retail POS
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and staff effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a retail management role
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in math for handling financial transactions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
