References and experience in a transmission repair environment required. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate shop workflow, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring availability for daily operations. Manage deliveries and coordinate with vendors. Experience communicating with warranty companies preferred. Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in a mechanical or automotive environment is essential. Strong customer service skills/front office skills Familiarity with transmissions essential Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
