Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety. As the Coffee Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficiency and quality service. Manage staff recruitment, including interviewing and training new employees. Develop training programs to enhance staff skills and promote career growth. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory levels and ensure availability of quality products. Create staff schedules to optimize labor costs while meeting customer demand. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience. Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and cost control measures. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food production processes, kitchen management, and culinary techniques. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to identify talent effectively. Experience in training development to enhance team performance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
