What You’ll Do:

Supervise, train and develop team members in accordance with company policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains a professional working relationship with customers, vendors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies Manage inventory, production, in-stock position, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor, security, expense control and other operational processes to company standards. Monitor cooler and display area temperatures to ensure product quality; report refrigeration failure immediately to ensure company standards for safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation and productivity are maintained. Key Qualifications:

Proven leadership in retail or food service, ready to take the helm and steer towards success. A track record of supervisory experience. Successful completion of pre-employment screenings. High School Diploma or equivalent, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish as a plus. Eagerness to grow with a company where your input is valued, and your achievements celebrated.
